The Council usually meets on the second Wednesday of each month (except in August), at 7pm at the village hall. Currently the meetings are "hybrid". If you wish to attend a meeting remotely (on Zoom), please contact the clerk for joining instructions. Otherwise, you may attend the meeting in person at the Village Hall.
All residents of Birdham and the press are welcome to attend meetings. Notices of meetings and other information can also be found on the Parish Council noticeboards at the Village Hall, at the Church car park and at Birdham Stores. Councillors may be contacted via email or through the Clerk.
