NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That the PARISH MEETING of the PARISH OF BIRDHAM will be held in Birdham Village Hall on Monday 18th April 2011 at 7pm. All residents of the Parish are welcome to attend.
The Business to be transacted at the meeting will be:
1. Welcome and introduction
The Chairman of the Council, Councillor Mrs Angela Parks
2. To receive and approve the Minutes of the Parish Meeting held on 29th April 2010.
3. To receive the Annual Report of the Parish Council
4. To receive the Council’s observation on its finances for the current year
5. To receive the observations of the County Councillor and the District Councillors
for the Division in which the Parish is situated
6. Open Forum
